Summer Camp is back! Nine brand new DC youth bands shared their original music at famed DC venue the Black Cat.

Girls Rock! DC’s Summer Camp is a week-long music camp for DC young folks. Campers learn to play an instrument, form a band, write an original song, and perform it at a big concert: this show!

Working at the intersection of art and activism, their Summer Camps center and uplift girls and non-binary youth, especially Black and Brown youth, and provide spaces for young people to rise up and rock out together.
